Since this was asked in the mod plurk, a repeat of the answer here.

All non-human PCs will be human for the duration of the event.

All pets with special abilities will be shifted into ordinary animals with no special powers. Pets can either be shifted into squirrels and tame lorikeets that live on campus, or unpowered and non-autonomous versions of themselves. (EG: pikachu could either be a cute and exotic pet animal with absolutely no powers, a squirrel, or a lorikeet wandering around somewhere on campus.)
