Alright so Tony is in his final year of his masters, double majoring in Mechanical Engineering and International Business. He works hard, but plays harder, so even though he parties pretty much daily, he's still at the top of his class. Even though he attends less than half of them. Which means he also gets into trouble with the professors/dean a lot. Yes this should be a plot. He enjoys it, though, the attention both academic acclaim and party boy bring, and so he is compelled to maintain both.
Asshole with a heart of gold, generally he'll help tutor students as long as they can give him something in return, whether it be something monetary or in goods, or services of some sort. And sometimes he'll just get so frustrated with someone that he can't stop himself from trying to improve him, as is the case with Steve Rogers. He drives him up the wall but he is determined to get him an A so help him if he has to somehow sneak in and take Steve's exam for him.
(Pending approval of the mods) Tony will be president of Eta Beta Pi and that will be the number one party house, hopefully with Kirk as his VP. They have a basement where they host weekly Robot battles (I am thinking along the lines of Robot Wars) where anyone can bring in their own robot for a small fee to either fight the house robot or each other. They should definitely have tournaments and whatnot and one should happen during the event. Other than that, there's a party every night at the house, pretty much everyone can show up, but they reserve the right to throw someone out if they're being disrespectful~ yes I think that sounds swell.
He flirts with everything that moves really, because come on, it's Tony Stark. :| But it's rarer that he engages further with anyone mostly because he doesn't have time for that. I would love to have him have a maintained constant flirtation with someone though that's been happening for a while. Not that he would admit to actually liking someone more than wanting to get in their pants BUT YES. Because reasons.

PS: If money exists in this AU Tony definitely comes from a super wealthy and wellknown family as in canon and part of why he's still at school despite getting in trouble so much is the Stark funded parts of the science department :|
