So Anakin has a unique Force talent - he can understand anything about a mechanical or electronic device just by examining it in the Force. I would like to know 1) if there is some kind of magic on the shift tech that would block Anakin's talent; and 2) if he can use his talent on the shift tech, what can he understand?

It's okay if there is magic preventing him from understanding the shift tech, I just need to know.
