First of all, does the one week wait also apply for reserves? I'm assuming it does, but I just want to check, as I'm still interested in applying for a character in a few months and don't want to wind up jumping the shark or anything.
Second, for clarity's sake, when you say two months after the release, does this only apply when there's no hint at a US release at all? For example, Birth by Sleep will have an English release. ...It's just a matter of waiting for them to actually announce it; this far the only indication is that it won't be out until June - August. Now, I've got no problem with waiting, I just wanted to double check here since I was a wee bit confused.
