I'd imagine that her memories would instead be "gee, why did all these Orerines keep bugging me when I am certain I made it very clear I did not want to even see them?" ...And then she'd be the one assuming Sokka was into her because he kept talking to her (clearly, he must have been the one to initiate all of them because she would never go out of her way for an Orerines) and he gave her a flower on her birthday.
