If she's really persistent, she could take apart the console, although it would eventually repair itself and she wouldn't be able to take any of the parts out of the dome. She could get a fine appreciation of how computer systems work and some guesses as to how the AI works. She'd be unable to reprogram it, though. And since all the Shifting is done in inaccessible areas of the dome, she wouldn't gain anything valuable in that regard. The console only delivers and receives information, it isn't involved in Shifting.

She is, of course, welcome to come to that conclusion. (Although I can only imagine some fighters are going to be annoyed at this little girl ruining their fighting time with her research.)
