I must apologise for the tl;dr first. /)_(\

Numbers-wise: I think she would this round- Masa mentioned that the infiltration only had about a 100 guards on duty (and probably the droids as well, but I imagine there wouldn't be say, 500-800+ droids deployed; probably about 150-200?) so there would arguably be around 400-500 people whom she'd have kept her eye on, if we add in the front-liners during that log. So she might be able to handle Day 1 fine, but the next two days would definitely be a no-go if she had to monitor the whole area all the time.

However, if she was given certain areas to concentrate on- say a particular section of one sector- she might be able to do a pretty good job at helping detect where there may be stragglers as well as keep an eye out for the teams doing the escorting work? The fewer teams there are, the easier for her to keep track of, of course, but it's not impossible for her to work with more, though her attention (and resources, I suppose...?) would be divided. It also depends on how often the teams engage in battle- she'd have to pay closer to attention to anyone who's fighting.

Of course, since the Third Party soldiers will be moving around, her staying in one spot would be dangerous. She'd...probably be moving around as well. But she'll probably need some backup because well, squishy support character is squishy.
