Yeah, true. It's a sword at least part of the time? XD And hell, I feel a bit lost without a sword, so I tend to default towards Link, Ike, or Marth ANYWAY. Give me some more characters I can play, Nintendo! "HOW. HOW DID YOU DO THAT." "I recycle! 8D"

...Yeah, probably XD It works well in Zelda, too! "How did the geography change that much in only a few hundred years? o.O" "The Goddesses were bored. *nod*"

Heh, true. Well, Skyward Sword is the earliest game in the time line (so far), so there aren't any past events to deal with. What's fun is matching it up with future events! I have a theory that Skyloft, the place this Link is from, is basically the origin of most of the races of Hyrule. Once, settlers travelled down. But they found it dark and frightening, and so retreated to the caves, to water, and to the forests. They became the Gorons, the Zora, and the Kokiri. They also spread outwards - this is why you get Gorons, particularly, in lands like Labrynna and in different parts of the Great Sea and so on. Later on, another group headed down, and found the same darkness. Instead, they hid inside the dark places and became the Sheikah. Then, later still (and probably after the events of the game), the rest followed, becoming the Hylians (the field-dwellers) and the Gerudo (the desert-dwellers). ...I've probably overthought things, but what the hell 8D

You know, I'm gonna unstrike that. WALL O' TEXT.
