Players are still required to do a full app :| It's only fair. However, there's no reason why you couldn't use the entry content for the sample; just copy-paste it in. It's in part a matter of us wanting the full app in a single thread for our own reference and ease of reading- it's also to ensure that everyone's judged by the same standards.
