Oh dear. Arthur has been shown to be a complete DERP when under a love spell. It's canon. (Just look up clips from the Season 2 episode "Sweet Dreams." It's hilarious.) He will certainly try to play the gallant prince of her dreams, buuuut it may not entirely succeed.

Now, when he's actually in love, he's very sweet and noble and everything you'd expect a prince to be. But smacked with a "love-at-first-sight" spell? He acts like an idiot. Especially with a girl who apparently wants nothing to do with him. XD

So this could play FOR GREAT JUSTICE either way.
