Never actually stated, though I'd imagine he'd likely be good. Even his aim with improbable objects is pretty damn amazing...he throws a tray of bread in canon, and both the tray and the bread hit their targets dead on.

Which is not the same as a sniper riffle or anything, but, yeah. I'd imagine he has experience in it.
