All the banter between Barbosa and Jack - AWESOME SAUCE in a can. No, a case a cans. A truck full of cases. I just got chills when Barbosa told Jack that the Pearl had been loss and you can just SEE the utter dispear and loss come across Jack's face before he goes lunging over the table.
And because I said I'm a Barbosa fan let me go on a little bit about him and some of his scenes, I loved how bastardly he could be in this. Mentioning that men on the ship were already lost. All he heard were nesting seagulls. Aw, how sweet~ And I don't know why and I can remember what exactly what he was eating. (Probably sliced apples. I so hope they were green sliced apples. I remember it being green) but when he was on the ship eating, all dainty like, I couldn't stop cracking up.
And oooooooooh. When he made off with Blackbeard's ship. Win. He's all: Let's go you losers. I have a sword, you and everything that was his now is mine! HA! HA! And to see him in his outfit again? Yays!
And.. ugh, suddnely drawing a blank. The new girl. She was awesome. Usually I really hate it when they bring in a "long lost love interest" and while she did fall for some troops that I hate from that used plot twist, she was entertaining as hell to watch. More so when she was backstabbing Jack and yet falling for him again at the same time. Their last scene together? Pure win. I look forward to more if they do continue what the ending and teaser are hinting at.
Pfft, Gibbs. Poor Gibbs. I loved everything with him. *huggles*
And speaking of Gibbs! That opening! I cackled up laughing. I knew it was coming, but even still I kept laughing and laughing.
Said it once, but I LOVED the mermaids. FUCK YEAH! That whole scene is one I'd like to watch again and again. Espically for the "I'm in love!" comment at the end! XD
All and all I still feel like it could have been better. It still can't compare at all to the first movie, but it was highly entertaining. One I wouldn't mind going to see again. ...you know, if that lack of money thing wasn't an issue.
