Since Cheyenne's species is in itself considered to be a monster, I'm just gonna assume other illusionists would be okay to have popping up? They'd be incapable of holding conversations like Cheyenne can but... that's already canon for most of them, soooo...
They won't be able to do much aside from creating illusions (but no actual soul eating because lol that's dangerous) and making people feel HORRIBLE if they walk near you. If Cheyenne finds one she'll probably drag it around to keep it from hurting anyone, but that aside, anyone interested in meeting one? : D
