Well, so long as Van doesn't mind that she's really not that much good in a fight without her magic except for defensive things (courtesy of Thylos) and beating things over the head with her stave when they get too close, then yeah, that might work. This is especially true after the cave-in, given that she might as well be downgraded to noncombatant status after that.

Or he could find her after she gets separated after the rockslide (assuming that's happening, I don't think it's quite set in stone yet), since... broken arm and all that. :|a
