Considering the setting this time, will there be any other limits on what draftees can request aside from larger vehicles being out of the question?

...In particular, would they be able to request explosives, or materials required to make them themselves? Since explosions are noted to run the risk of causing cave-ins, I figure it probably can't hurt to ask in case the Malnosso would try to limit that.
