This is a bit of a weird question, but might as well ask...
Robert here has a pretty severe phobia of memory loss. Like, debilitatingly-severe phobia, to the point that if I let him experience it he'd probably be rendered almost unplayable for awhile until somebody could get him some help... Naturally, I want to avoid that, so I was going to ship him off on a mission to give him a reason to not be involved.
However, you note that during the two days people can be on missions and still respond to posts somehow due to a lack of continuity. If I were to have Robert mission'd and still responding to posts, would he even notice this within the context of the game? In other words, would he have any chance of having an IC realization of "I have forgotten something", even if it was a few minutes of time, or would he simply think that he'd been doing the mission the whole time and not have any "blips" in his memory at all?
I can work with either, it just lets me know if I should use him for any fourth-wall posts or not.
