Okay, so I'm sending Moran and Sherlock. But I haven't decided on what to do with Sherlock yet, so. Just posting this up for Moran.
He's Victorian. This whole thing? Is going to be WEIRD for him. BUT he'll adapt. He always does. Turrets? Definitely going to man one of those during the first stage. He's a military colonel, so he will be at least trying to take charge a bit, but he'll also be listening to the higher ups, especially in such an unknown situation. He'll take most of his cues from the Malnosso and pass on orders that make sense to him.
Definitely up for battle plotting, etc.
I'd also really like to do something with the Dream Shifters (concocting the perfect dream already), so. That brings me to the major point--
Who wants the (Herculean) labour of convincing Colonel Sebastian Moran to kill Professor James Moriarty?
