B: Had...3 full on chases with Zenigata between the floors--including one time leaping from a window

C: Instigated Pops building a shack in the back for his antics that was itself loud

D: Royally pissed off Daisy on the floor above him

E: Ran half naked in the dead of night during the blizzard/draft in December, courtesy of Fujiko

...and probably many others. You all should hate him. XD He's on floor 6, btw. The Jedi are on floor 5.

Oh, and Lupin loves Robin now that I know that info. Also, we have resident fanboy Billy Kaplan on floor 5.
