Luke isn't a true doctor either, but he's got some healing skill with the Force. Since he'll be with Bil, whichever Doctor it is can have him help them however they need. He's also got some knowledge of medicine, so he can help out as needed, even without his advanced Galactic medical stuff. Mostly triage, basic treatments, etc.
