Re: the NPCs... how close to canon characters can we get?

Specifically, I'd be interested in getting one or more or Neji's relatives in the enclosure. His clan is pretty big (numbers aren't definite, but several dozen at least, quite possibly >100) so it can be a nameless/faceless/nobody type.
