Ororo (card here) will wake up confused and anxious as to why she doesn't remember anything! The weather will totally reflect that, but only in her immediate vicinity (like if she's at the house, then there will be rain over House 16! It will follow her where she goes ahah)

She's not stupid though, so she's going to realize she can do certain things. And start to believe that hey, maybe she is a goddess...

Overall though she's going to be a little wary of trusting what a random card says so implicitly. I think she'll trust her gut instinct more than words on a pretty piece of paper!
