That's ideal for me, as well. I don't want Saori to stop the tornado, because that makes it less fun for other people, but slowing it down to mitigate the damage was what I was suggesting in the first place. Its weather, and weather must not be stopped in her mind, but containing it is certainly a priority. Thats definitely the compromise I'd angle for.

I know its well within Saori's power to just smell the tornado coming. So, a warning definitely is in order.
