I don't think it'll come out until after the mobile clinic's set up and the patients moved over about the nature of the virus, just that there is one. Without a test or any information on it there's not much else that can be done aside from set up a quarantine. Moving patients that might be infected after the fact to the teleporter would be the point of conflict- but that depends on the timeline. Aaaah, so many variables!
