Coulson sides with Depot 8. While not particularly liking the Malnosso for various reasons he has yet to have a concrete reason to personally dislike them. With the information provided he can see the point of the FTSA's actions but dislikes their methods in targeting other enclosures supplies. He has seen situations turn deadly when food and other key supplies are endangered. There is no guarantee that the other enclosures are even a bit self sufficient and so, if the is Depot destroyed and supplies cut off, it is possible for the enclosure(s) to descend into rioting and brutal survival driven warfare. Innocents could die, and Coulson refuses to let that happen if he can stop it.
