I'm thinking she has a permanent place out on the back fringes of Lowtown, but when it's convenient or she feels particularly like not giving a shit she finds an empty (temporarily or otherwise...) place to crash for a night or two.

Hell if she scores a rich place for a night she probably invites Revy over so they can have fun and trash the place a bit. She doesn't break and enter to steal stuff, she just does it because she can.

... She probably still sometimes steals stuff though.
