"I haven't. Encountered them," Elizabeth admits, hesitant for a moment. She almost, almost looks around the room to see how this is being received but decides she's not asking anyone for permission to say what she's thinking.

"Say this happens, then. This weapon is used and it turns the tide of the war. If they're smart, they'll realize that their old methods can't stand up to what they're using now. Their entire strategy could change, they could turn to technologies they haven't used previously simply to keep their heads above water. I am speculating, I don't think anyone knows how this will ultimately pan out but we have to think of every possibility."
