While Ino doesn't trust the Iron Eye, they're a lesser evil compared to the Malnosso and definitely better than the Cultists. She wants to help them if only because one, they'd be going against the Malnosso's wishes and two, they'd be blowing up a Cultists' city. She also wants to help Bil (who she still doesn't trust entirely) just because she believes what they went through to protect him before shouldn't be for naught. She knows there will be risks to this and there will be repercussions, but life as a shinobi will always have these.

That said, she also doesn't like the fact the other enclosures think they're close to the Malnosso when they're all just victims here. It's time to prove them wrong and not just obey whatever they are told. She doesn't want a repeat of what happened with the Kin'corans because, or so she thinks, they're the ones who should be united against the Malnosso.
