Agreed! Especially about the use of character choices and progression. That kind of thing also works for characters who weren't involved directly in what happened, since Eley wasn't a part of the Vaskoth draft but still ended up helping to search for a cure for Rudy and consequently having both positive and negative effects on CR in the process. I'm wondering if that's why I've felt that things seem stale for me lately... It feels a bit like the choices I make don't really go anywhere or help to change/progress anything or no matter what happens, there will always be one outcome and things will usually just settle back to being safe and well again.

I also feel pretty out of the loop plot-wise too despite trying to keep up and find it hard to know how to get involved with all of that or what's really going on everywhere. So tying up loose ends will certainly help with that. x.x
