More of a suggestion than anything, to go along with the above suggestion about guides and info pages:

I think the three things which need the most clarification and revision in info pages are: the Rogue Malnosso, the Spirits, and the Third Party. In that relative order. So even just like a a little "this is the story with them now" hidden into an event or mission would be awesome. The spirit thing mostly comes out of Twila not being up there, which is understandable but probably inconvenient for some people.
