As I typed the thing I more or less realized my frustrations boiled down to the same sort of thing the while way through (communication and timing) half of which isn't really in you guys' control, ultimately, and the former's something which is inevitably going to be weird in a transition period. I'm hoping the next event sets a good tone from here on as well. I've been looking forward to it.
