I've no real ideas for her this mission, although I'm definitely excited for her to meet those who are going! She might get a touch sea sick on the first day, right now that's all I've got.
For plotting/fighting purposes, even without her powers, Rogue is an able hand-to-hand fighter and proficiently in many different types of firearms. If any fighting is super necessary, she won't have any problem using her powers on the Third Party, and stealing their powers. Unfortunately, the Malnosso have her shifted so that she does not get the TPer's psyches or any information that they carry, so that's a bummer. Her permission's post and a more in depth power explanation is here, if anyone needs/wants to check it out/fill it out.
Of note: On first exiting her the barrier, when her powers are restores, the psyches in her head rush the 'wall' she has put in place in her mind. This renders her pretty much in need of a quiet place and at least a half hour in order to shove them back and function normally. Her hands usually go to her head at this time, and she stumbles around like a person with a migraine. If anyone wants to witness that/thread that, let me know, or else it can just be assumed. \o/

No, Sanji, that's not what you think it means?!. She's here to discourage mutiny, keep up morale, and help out with cooking, so who needs a pep talk or wants to play a card game?! She'll basically be doing her best to spread cheer when not cooking, so...no subject

Kurt here doesn't have much naval experience. Except. In the Battle Dome. He has logged countless hours on piratical adventures. So while all the hard work of being a sailor will be a bit new to him, all the stuff like climbing the riggings and swashbuckling and looking incredibly cool will come natural to him.
However his appearance isn't something that sailors from other enclosures aren't used to, so whenever he goes on these missions he usually has some issues of not being able to get on too well with the NPCs. So he might be doing a lot of keeping to himself.
But if you need someone who can easily and casually teleport to any point of the ship, Kurt's your man.

That said, this will still be a new experience for him, working within a orderly system and all--it helps that several people he trusts or respects are all ready involved. This itself will do wonders for keeping him on task, and I personally am eager to build CR with several other characters and players.
He's a decent enough armed combatant too, favors using firearms but is likely to resort to dirty fighting in a pinch. The materials available will determine what, exactly, he ends up using in this sense.
His greatest strength, however, is his knowledge in social engineering. Since several people he respects are involved, he will fall right into place in whatever dynamics are there and work on the side of those intent on keeping things orderly (gasp).
...he's got an ulterior motive, as always, but it really will not come into play here. In fact, he's likely to be in a very good mood because this is the sort of thing that he lives for.

Did someone say something about smashing things?

A. Bruce kept bugging him to sign up.
B. He was bored.
And C. He gets to smash things.
Now the thing is that Hulk isn't exactly the most social creature. Or the most cooperative. So a majority of his time will be spent either scowling at people with a frown, or in the kitchen, bugging the cooks to fix him food. He eats a lot and at first he will probably just walk into the kitchen and om nom on things without permission.
Now as far as the fighting goes. Well as long as you don't get in the way of the rampaging monster, you should be a-okay! Hulk is also prone to confrontation with people. As in it MIGHT. Just MIGHT be easy to upset him. So if you wanted to do some CR stuff with pissing him off, you can go right ahead!

Okay, maybe not if the temptation is great enough. I felt a warning was prudent.

Plotting
As a note for fighting, he's going to be making sparing use of his powers if he can on the ship. They are just too destructive if he really cuts lose. Also, as a Devil Fruit user, Law has super drowning powers if he hits ocean. He would like to avoid that if possible.

Sanji spent half his life on a ship run by pirates-turned-chefs, so he'll be riiiiight at home on the sea and in the kitchen. And fighting. Also fighting, even if that's technically not his job. B|a
Fighting-wise, he excels at hand-to-hand. He can also fly. He can also swim really fuckin fast, so if anyone needs a rescue from the big ol' blue, he's a good candidate.

For the most part Adele will stick to whatever medical facilities are available on the ship for when she's needed. Um. That's all I can think of at the moment. Ideas? Comments? Questions? Condemnations? Beuller?

Otherwise? I half expect him to get hurt at some point. Just an FYI.

Although awesome chances for anyone to corner him and discuss things? I'm sure Lupin would be happy to help out to nudge things that way.

Selphie's got some sailing experience thanks to this exact same draft and being a Midshipmen on the Britannia so she'll be handy to have around. Also, she has a Masters in kicking ass and taking names so she's here for all your plotting doom.
And just so everybody knows, this kid doesn't get the rocket launcher, bazooka or anything that launches projectiles at people.

Okay, and creating chaos on the field. If Selphie is a mini-bruiser, I have a feeling she'd be another Lupin would direct enemies toward.

As for other things, given munitions and possible shifters wanting to muck machinery up, she's most likely going to ask for a sword later on before the mission to accompany some of her weapons - Probably something along the lines of the abomination wielded by scottish giant Willam Wallace.
In this mission she has a lot CR both known and that was bound to happen! Smoker and Sanji were ones bound to be taken sooner or later given Daisy's relationship with Keimi, but she's going to love having a lot of known friends for this mission.
no subject
That said, he'll also have her back if she needs it. He's not a terribly great fighter, but he's good with firearms. :)

Combatwise, she can throw ...storms to take those flying ships out of the sky, if she's lucky; general all purpose lightning bolts, high-powered gusts of wind, and can provide defence in the form of mirages, i.e. bending people's locations so they seem to be elsewhere. She can probably also provide a handy dandy low cloud bank for people to fight on/land on instead of the ocean. Uh. Yeah, her staff is kind of weird. >.>
I'd assume Law knows the basics of how she can fight by now and knows her prowess as a sailor, so if he has specific requests as the second officer she'll listen. Otherwise she'll be keeping an eye on people and generally just...doing her job. |D For those drafted that don't really know how to sail, she'd offer advice. Possibly in a really naggy bossy kind of way. It's Nami.
Up for anything o/ Just brain isn't working too well right now, so if you have any ideas, throw them at me and I'll consider others in the meantime |D

Asbel has minor naval experience. He's served on a ship a few times in canon and knows how to operate as part of a group, having been involved in a knighthood
and later saved the world. He's no ship pro, but he's not a slouch. Tell him what to do, and he'll be on it.Tell him to clean the decks, and he'll have fun with it.As far as combat skills go, that's where Asbel shines, of course. He's an expert with his sword, able to strike with it sheathed and drawn, close-range and far, and can adapt to most battle situations with relative ease. Just don't let him get ganged up on.
