Yeah I should have made more note on that here, I did on the initial signup post. Raine purposely started studying non-magic related medical techniques in Luceti when it became obvious that relying on magic alone wasn't the best thing (and its literally been years now since that, and for a while she was one of the go-to people before more medically inclined people started apping, helped teach others, etc). So she has the experience there.
