Helios is gonna be working his magic to help stop the flooding and things if need be. He can block water from hitting people at least so there's that too.

Also I guess if anyone needs help with fallen trees/debris/damaged buildings he'll help with that too. He's going to die on the night of the 22nd though protecting Rue from a collapsing building. So his barriers are gonna be down for another week after that. >__>
