Draco will be heading down to the village once the storm hits, though with winds at that speed he'll need a very good reason to try taking off again once he gets there. Grounded, the wind and rain won't be as much trouble since he's still huge, so he can help with moving larger debris and anything else that comes up even during the worst of it.
