If you're new here, then this is a mission post. You can find available missions at rpmanager. You are welcome to subscribe or track the journal, but this is not required, as updates will be posted on this journal. You may notice there are TWO new missions available. These two missions are actually linked and one in the same. However, one of them is labeled as a SECRET mission and is exclusively filtered to a subset of characters. We may be seeing more missions like this in the future!

Also, we’ll be having an event towards the end of the month. Later than usual, but we want to make sure all our friends going to Otakon can participate too. So we’ll have a post soon with details for that.

Group Divisions

Ideally you guys should figure out who should be in what group. You have 17 people. So you'll want something like:

Group A - Rescue Team
5 Combatants, 2 Healers, 2 Technology Specialists

Group B - Engine Team
5 Combatants, 1 Healer, 2 Engineers

Or something along those lines.

Just a stupid question, if our characters qualify for both of these new missions and we'd be interested, can we sign up for both even though obviously we can only get chosen for one? Would note preferences of course!

I'm going to say no for this one, because it would mean there's people among the circus troupe who would be aware of the assassination plot, but aren't actually participating in it. That would defeat the point of it being covert.

So if we sign up for the circus one if our character would have qualified for the secret one then we have to assume they wouldn't have known then?

Yeah, that would be the most sensible assumption. So in that sense, if you want to volunteer for both, you could. But only with the understanding that if you are in the circus troupe, you'd be unaware of the assassination plot.
