July/August Round-up + CR Plotting Meme

Hi-ho, Lucetians! It’s your new mod Bayley here. Whenever you see these mouse ears flying by, I’ll be the mod close at hand. I’m very excited to roll out some new stuff for you guys! It’s the end of another month, the smell of apps is in the air, and we’ve got a few updates for you. Check out the deets below the cut!

Did you know we have a Luceti Workers spreadsheet? Whoa, awesome! If your character has a job in Luceti, go ahead and add them to this page! It’s also a handy reference for figuring out who works where. Look for this to appear somewhere on the Housing page soon. Speaking of, please review the Housing page and make sure your characters are listed in the right place! Having a place to live is muy importante.

Now, a recap of recent plot developments! Back at the end of March, Lucetians were called upon to fight cultists in Region One, but were first sent to TERRACE, a formidable Malnosso stronghold in the sky. There, they, with other draftees and MSF soldiers, were ambushed by the Third Party and had to reclaim the airborne city before it was lost entirely. Over a series of days, the forces fought back against the cultists, eventually defeating them. It was eventually determined that these forces were led not by the General, but by a new and different sect of the cultists. They used unusual tactics during the battle and seemed to have intimate knowledge of the inner workings of TERRACE. The cultists managed to take it over by infiltrating the fortress beforehand and disabling its defenses prior to the attack.

In April, Lucetians were subject to a bizarre experiment that found them assuming the lives and storylines like those found in soap operas. Fortunately, there were no lingering effects.

In May, Carol and Specialist Davis paid Luceti a visit. While they were in the village, Gai Tsutsugami was able to obtain a key for the tunnels beneath Luceti from them. Using that key, residents were then able to access a new part of the tunnels (you can check out the details on that here and here). In the course of exploring the tunnels, Derek Bliss triggered the release of Twila, a Filial Spirit of Darkness. Villagers spent the next week possessed by various Filial Spirits, until John appeared on the network and characters began to discuss various options for depossession. Eventually, everyone worked out their alignment and got back to their normal selves, though Twila’s presence remained in the enclosure as a possible source of magic for those willing to learn it.

In June, Vash found a keycard on a skeleton down in the tunnels. After investigation from several of Luceti’s residents, work began to repair the computers down there so that the keycard could be examined. As it turns out, the keycard could be used to decipher passcodes for the doors down the elevator.

In July, characters working on deciphering the passcodes for the doors in the tunnels held a vote to see what door residents wanted to unlock first and discussed it here. The time for door-opening is almost upon us! Look for more details about this in the near future.

A few weeks ago, cultists under the leadership of Count Zompano invaded Luceti and Dream-Shifted the villagers into thinking they were 1950s-esque families engaged in class conflict. Though villagers had no suspicion anything was amiss for the first few days of the invasion, soon they began to realize little odd things that added up to a lot of wrong things. Many villagers started to question these oddities openly, only to be detained by police. However, unrest prevailed, and Shayera Hol freed John from imprisonment in the Bilruben Institute. The Shift barring the villagers’ powers was lifted, animals were freed, weapons were reclaimed, Zompano was killed by Saori, and Dream Shifters were defeated. All was well again, except not really! Event fallout, and all.

A week later, Carol addressed Luceti from within the barrier, explaining that the events of the weeks previous were the acts of cultists and offering her services as a liaison between the Malnosso and Luceti. She spoke with many of our lovely residents.

Carol also mentioned that the Malnosso’s best were working hard on modifying the barrier to prevent future instances like Zompano’s invasion. Great, right? Except it’s not all smooth sailing. As they continue to work out the kinks, Lucetians may notice a few oddities affecting them, in what can be termed “barrier incompatibilities”. These effects include (and ARE limited to):

Time slowing down around your character so they are moving much, much slower than everyone else

Cold and allergy symptoms (though there is no actual disease present, so taking Nyquil won’t help)

Sensitivity to sunlight

Excessive sleepiness/fatigue

Excessive dizziness that significantly limits mobility

The idea here is to give you guys as players more options when it comes to hiatuses, since there are some characters who won’t go on missions and mallynappings can lead to unwanted trauma. Keep in mind that these “glitches” aren’t a free-for-all; please only use the options in the list above to keep your character out of the game for awhile if you need to hiatus. There is no set amount of time that these effects need to last. If you have any questions, please direct them to the Mod thread below!

Meanwhile, for those who have been on a mission within the last week or so, there’s information circulating among the other volunteers from other enclosures. If your character is out there too, these are some of the things they may have overheard:

Several other enclosures were subjected to the same brainwashing as Luceti. Vaskoth was lost entirely and has given Count Zompano an additional five thousand soldiers, many of them powerful enough to be comparable to Elites. Tyrus was attacked, but like Luceti, they overcame the brainwashing and freed themselves.

Nobody has seen anyone come out of the enclosures Pagoda, Quell, or Zompania since the multiple invasions occurred.

According to MSF (Malnosso Security Forces) soldiers, the General’s forces haven’t attacked for several months. In fact, there hasn’t been a confirmed sighting of him since Luceti’s encounter with him.

Like Luceti, all the other enclosures are starting to experience these ‘barrier incompatibilities’. There is much bitching to be had.

There’s some chatter about the Kin’corans organizing some kind of information network. Nobody will talk to Luceti about this, however. Volunteers of other enclosures have been whispering to each other about such things, but don’t seem to trust Luceti.

Cave Johnson, former RP Manager and head of MARS (Malnosso Assignment and Reward Service), was recently promoted as the Project Head of Region Six, putting him directly in charge of Luceti and Kin’cora. The chatter among the MSF and other Malnosso workers seems to be that of disdain. There seems to be some talk about some closed door dealings in regards to a recent big trial involving him and a member of the MSF.

According to Tyrus volunteers, TERRACE is finally fully operational again.

CR PLOTTING MEME

In order to encourage plotting between new and old characters and players alike, we will be having a bi-monthly CR Plotting Meme that will accompany these Round-Ups. Below, you will find the appropriate copypasta in a magical text box, and we highly encourage everyone to use this opportunity to reach out to new CR and get some ideas flowing for the new cycle! This is no ordinary CR meme - we really want to see more than just, “Hey, let’s tag more!” We want to see, “Hey, your character works at Seventh Heaven, and mine is a foodie. Hinata Hyuuga | She's finally crawling out of house 44 to resume her mornings at the smaller clinic, though not every day. She's also watching the journals more, so she might be poking around there more. Her habits are quiet and unassuming, but she likes to bake. You might catch her in CH1 as she slowly allows herself time to adjust to what really happened during the event.

Nel Zelpher | She doesn't have a solid place yet. She spends some time at the Battle Dome, but she would like a more permanent arrangement. She's a good cook, a great fighter, and snarky as hell. She also learns pretty quickly if you need someone to help you with something.

Name: Mon/Monface

Characters: Isaac (Laforeze) / relictusdeus / CastleVania: Curse of Darkness

Isaac has seen and experienced some of the worst that humanity has to offer and was shaped by unresolved pain, grief, anger, and his difficulties with forgiveness into the man he is. At his worst, he’s a wild-tempered, vengeful, jealous, ruthless, and sadistic individual. At his best, he can be fiercely loyal and protective, sensitive, and affectionate in playful, weird-ass ways. And he flirts a lot. As of late, as is often the case, he’s struggling with depression since he feels everyone he has ever cared for is gone – this made worse by Zevran having vanished. A great sense of 'why bother getting attached, it only leads to pain' has come over him and the way he views himself isn't getting any better. He’s still nursing a broken heart from June, but he doesn’t seek comfort from others because he’s used to having no support and having to keep up appearances of toughness in hostile environments. As always, he’s keeping busy with personal projects and has recently forged a new devil.

CR Opportunities:

- Hobbies include: fiddling with magic; making weapons and armours; plotting revenge; sex; sketching; sculpting things; and people watching. Although now I think he’s finally been trying out the battledome for the release found in cutting down hordes of angry holographic villagers.

- When not lingering in the woods hunting game or training with his devils (he lives somewhere there in what is best described as a furnished, magic-sealed cave,) he can be found sitting on rooftops in the village, in Good Spirits every now and again for a drink, swiping things from the Item Shop, or on rare occasions at the library, looking to quickly pick up books on any number of subjects from the metaphysical properties of gems to bestiaries to the Bible.

- Need something made (eg. dagger, wedding rings, arrows) or a tattoo done? He might be the man for the job. He's made a few bullets once for someone in need of ammo. Some of the weirder things he has crafted include the fascinum last Christmas. As the Joker says, if you're good at what you do, you don't do it for free. On rare occasions he does give 'gifts' though.

- The sort of people he gets along with best *tend* to be those who can listen without seriously reproaching him (out loud, at least?), who don't pity, who don't try to change him, who share his sense of humour; who are comfortable talking about sex, who have suffered great things or are outcasts, and bedfellows. He'd be very happy to have a bedbuddy to chase away the blues in a less self-destructive way and just find something to enjoy in life.

Panda is a panda. He eats bamboo and sleeps a lot. He's very helpful (read: not at all) to his roommates PenPen and Shinji Ikari. He spends most of his time lately going to get things from the store and coming back. He's avoiding his children from the event...he's feeling down because of it.

CR Opportunities:

-Panda spends a lot of time grabbing free things from the stores!
-He probably spends a lot of time at the coffee shop drinking coffee. Yes. But I've never played anything out there. It is true that he loves cafes, though!
-On nice days, he can be found sleeping outside! On not so nice days, he can be found sleeping in the battle dome or on the convenience store floor.
-He regularly searches for Panda-themed items.
-He also collects candies, but not for himself...
-It wouldn't surprise me if he tried to sleep on the furniture in the furniture store like all the time

- Helios (folklorist) - He's pretty much just recovering from his broken arm during the fighting portion of the event. Not much else right now. But he'll be discussing another magic club meeting and taking over Cloud Nine to put in a worldly ethnic cafe/luncheon sort of deal.

- Tethelesal (mechanize) - Not much going on with him either. He's just chillin in the woods and being a dragon!

CR Opportunities:

Helios - pretty much anything. If your characters frequents the library, the grocery shop or pretty much are just around town he's there usually. Filial magic or magic in general is a good ping for him as is mythologies or mythos from other worlds. He's into all sorts of foods too, and sweets. Also as mentioned if anyone is interested, I'm thinking of having him turn Cloud Nine into a eatery that sells only ethnic foods from various countries and stuff. It's a bit different than other places around town, so if anyone wants to through their character into that I am open towards anyone helping out!

Tethelesal - He loves to explore and fly and read and write. He's pretty good with old artifacts and things as he used to an archeologist back home before turning into a librarian. So he's pretty easy to chat with and with anyone wants to run into him in the woods or the mountains that's cool too!

So, I've been playing with the idea of Belle learning Filial magic at some point, but I haven't been sure on how to go about it. But since Belle knows Helios a little bit, it might be likely that she mentions the interest in passing or something and it gets them talking about. Or something like that. also they just need to talk more in general. xD

Fayt Leingod (etherealblast) Living with Cliff Fittr in CH5, and currently focusing on training himself in focus and his universe's version of magic, symbology. Trying to process and forget that the last event ever happened, because living an entire other life was weird.

Freyjadour Falenas (falenandawn) Sort of got Albert committed to the asylum in the last event and is feeling a bit guilty over it, but the recent events of the barrier invasion are being handled with time.

CR Opportunities: Fayt likes sports, combat, and is a bit of a bookish type in spite of his more active hobbies. He's recently started taking the time to attempt to learn from the Filial spirits, and is working on improving his combat and symbology skills in the battledome. I'd like to find some training partners for him and maybe some scientific types for him to chat with, too. He's also fairly decent at making things like weapons, small bits of tech and even compounding potions, though he's mostly been helping Cliff out with his building projects on that front.

Freyjadour works in the tea shop most days and lives in house 11 with some of the pokemon cast. He can be found all over the village, but mosty in the library, the tea shop and battledome. He's gained a fondness for gardening and can often be found working in the one outside house 11, as well. Though he mostly uses his Tri-nunchaku, he's slowly becoming more skilled in swordplay as he practices and a practice partner there would be excellent. He's also currently dating Tear Grants, so some of the Tales of the Abyss cast might have picked up on that and I would be very keen on him meeting more people on that front.

Characters: Makie Otono-Tachibana. As of right now she's pretty absent from Luceti, but that'll only be for the next week or so. She's still watching the journals, but until she's given the all-clear of "you are no longer infectious" she's basically avoiding the community at large.

Once she's medically cleared she'll probably start looking for work again, work on building her stamina back to proper levels, and tackle the Battle Dome (both to learn how to use it and then polish her skill.) Apart from that, IDK. She wanders around a lot and just watches people. :|a Oh, and she'll start revisiting the tea house regularly.

* Okay keeping it simple, she lives in house 44 and is often just outside it, so. If you live nearby?
* Depending on how she goes on her work hunt. She'd probably check with Rin first about returning to 7th Heaven, so possibly she's there again?
* Battle dome shenanigans. Once she learns how to operate the damn thing anyway |D I've had offers to teach her ICly, so hopefully she can take those up. And it's likely she'll overdo things to begin with because what is this health thing and why is it getting in her way, gosh.

Luna's boys

Name: Luna
Character: Emil Castagnier | knightofratatosk -- Emil is an ancient summon spirit in the body of a sixteen-year-old boy. He's generally sweet and friendly and helpful, except for when Ratatosk (the other side of his personality) is in charge-- then he's an arrogant brat. Emil is the head of Brave Vesperia, a guild dedicated to doing various and sundry things around Luceti to help people.
CR Opportunities: Emil lives in House 4 and mostly spends his days working at the tea shop and sometimes volunteering at the Welcome Center. He also makes a lot of trips to the store, because one of his major hobbies is cooking. When it's nice out, he can frequently be found taking his chimera Sial out for walks... and Sial is very friendly and will often approach people in search of a handout or some petting!

He's the guy to go to if you have any sort of building or handiwork you want done; Brave Vesperia will build pretty much whatever is asked of them. They'll also do things like find lost items, maybe help with cleaning... anything that's useful, basically. He's also mastered all of the Filial spirits (save for Twila) and is happy to help other people work with them too. What I'd really like for him is some more reasons for Ratatosk to come out, which generally only happens when Emil is angry, frightened, or needs to fight.

Character: Richard | ledbythewind -- The young king of Windor with a guilt complex a mile wide due to... certain things that he was responsible for back in his world. When he's in a good mood, he's something of an incorrigible troll, and it can be almost impossible to tell when he's trolling and when he's actually being serious. He's been an emotional wreck for the past few months due to a cascading series of events beyond his control, leading to him winding up in possession of the Sorrow heart shard, which Princess Tutu will be helping remove.
CR Opportunities: These days Richard tends to be something of a quiet loner. He works at Seventh Heaven as often as he's needed; aside from that, he makes frequent trips to the library for books, as he's a voracious reader. He and Isamu are pretty much attached at the hip-- where one is, the other usually isn't far away. When he's not with Isamu, he can usually be found in the company of either Asbel or Sophie. The four of them all live in House 28 with a cat named Tiger Festival.

Character: Jack Vessalius | of_sablier -- Jack is just a mild-mannered music box and watch maker who is currently serving as one of the music teachers at the school. No, really. There's nothing suspicious or vaguely creepy about him at all. He's a very laid-back person and can often be found doing things such as climbing trees (and then falling out of them), taking naps in sunny spots, and generally being lazy. A big kid, in other words. Right now he lives by himself in House 53 but might move to an apartment at some point, since a whole house is rather large for just him.
CR Opportunities: As mentioned above, Jack is one of the music teachers at the school, so he probably has at least passing knowledge of all of the students there. When he isn't teaching, he can often be found in the shops finding various mechanical things to take home and take apart to mess with. Or napping on benches, climbing trees, instigating snowball fights... if there's fun to be had, Jack is all for it. Which means he'll get involved in all sorts of ridiculous things! Do you want some music lessons? Just ask him!

Character: Gai Tsutsugami | voidseeing -- Gai is an 18-year-old former child soldier turned terrorist leader who also moonlights as the brains behind (and sometimes the songwriter for) the popular internet band Egoist. Right now he is discovering the fun and scary world of FEELINGS thanks to his girlfriend Elizabeth. He's also grappling with the effects of the terminal illness known as the Apocalypse Virus, which causes the infected person's body to slowly crystallize.
CR Opportunities: Gai is nothing if not a creature of habit: he trains in the Battle Dome as much as his physical condition will allow, and he frequents the clinic there at least once a week to receive blood transfusions from Law. He lives in CH 4, but he can also be found making frequent trips to CH 7 to see Elizabeth, and the two of them can be found in places like Seventh Heaven spending time together.

If you manage to gain his approval (which is difficult to do), he might be willing to offer lessons in the use of firearms or hand-to-hand combat.

Character: Shuda | dancing_flames -- A grouchy one-eyed samurai type who serves as Haru and Elie's guardian of sorts. Though he's something of a lone wolf, he's perfectly capable of being (decently) friendly if he finds you interesting to talk to. Aside from the fact that he's missing an eye, also of note is his mechanical right hand, sort of like a primitive automail. Although at the moment it's been kind of smashed no thanks to Haru and Sacrifar, and he himself is gonna need a considerable amount of recovering.
CR Opportunities: Shuda is the old-fashioned type who prefers to do his sword training in the barracks rather than the Battle Dome. His idea of relaxing is enjoying a nice cup of tea in the tea house... hey, when you live in an apartment with two very energetic teenagers, sometimes you just need some space and quiet time.

He is the one I'm most looking for CR for right now! Fellow swordsmen would be great, as well as some friends who are closer to his age (31 now). NO OFFENSE, HARU AND ELIE.

CR Opportunities:
Ion - Spends a lot of time divided between the clinic (as a patient) and the library. He's still working on recovering from a long-term illness he was given by the malnosso, but he's getting stronger every day!! He's pretty much the nicest guy you'll ever meet and can befriend just about anyone so long as they aren't openly hostile to him. Personally I love playing him off of tsundere/jerk-with-a-heart-of-gold type characters, since his overt sincerity tends to fluster them.

One thing I'd really like to find are opportunities for him to start training himself, with the help of a teacher. He's pretty defenseless in Luceti, since even his artes are more of a last-resort kind of thing. He'll need a lot of work, since he did only just regain the ability to walk a little over a month ago. Things like helping him to become stronger, or how to use filial magic to defend himself. Or, you know, trying to convince him to stop since he is a weak little fon replica and shouldn't risk hurting himself.

Kari - Is two characters in one! Kari is a quiet bookish girl who spends all her time at the library and is fairly antisocial. She hates men and will rarely approach them without good reason. Her alter-ego Hoshikyo is much more social, and spends her time fairly evenly between the library and the battledome. She's rude and a tease, but her heart is generally in the right place. She's easiest to play off of characters who can handle her snark, and maybe even throw back some at her. On her end, she's more likely to seek out cute female characters because she's a creeper. As a note, it is very very difficult for someone to tell that Kari and Hoshikyo are the same person through appearance alone.

I'd really love to expand upon some of the CR she made during the event, and also still need to figure out who might have learned about her identity during the last days. Characters: Just Nagato, and he's been roaming kind of lost, trying to find his footing after the event.
CR Opportunities: Nagato lives on the seventh floor of the first housing building, and anyone is welcome to run into him coming or going. He's been doing a lot of that lately, roaming Luceti's enclosure extensively to try to get a good idea of how the place is put together and where everything is, so it's pretty easy to get interaction with him. He's fairly approachable, if often lost in thought since the event, and I would dearly love to have him interact more with any of his 'relatives' from what happened earlier this month especially. However, I welcome CR from essentially everyone, so come at me, give me your plots!

Name: Gore (that guy who plays everyone)
Characters:
Aang (savedtheworld): A monk who is currently almost physically 15, has arrow tattoos and is no longer puny. He meditates, explores nature, practices bending and likes to read books from the library. He works shifts at both the Welcome Center and the bakery. He also has a giant sky bison who is hard to miss when flying over the village.
Rock Lee (niceguypose): A hyperactive young ninja who tries to make everything into training. He often jogs around the village and engages in various types of training virtually anywhere, and he also works as a server at Seventh Heaven.
Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler (wildbluevagner): A dorky trouble-making teen mutant whose true form is blue, fuzzy and demon-like. He wears a watch called an image inducer which holographically makes him resemble a normal human teen. He's one of the X-Men and trains with them at the Battle Dome, but he's insecure and tries to keep his true form a secret. He also works at a barista at the coffee shop and helps out at the item shop.
Jade Curtiss (yourfononsarewhack): A highly intelligent military figure from the world of Auldrant. He is a prodigy at fonic artes and depending on the person can tend be somewhat of a trolly jerk. He tries to collect as much information as he can about this world and others' worlds in order to something close to being comfortably in control of things.
Mytho (soheartless): A storybook prince who lost his heart but still has a love for ballet. He's a very quiet and subservient person, but he has been slowly regaining some of his heart shards in Luceti: particularly for the emotions of devotion, fear, regret and sorrow. He does still have an infection of raven's blood within him that may cause him to occasionally act as his evil self.
Van Hohenheim: He's a man who used to be a living Philosopher's Stone. He's the bumbling father of the Elric brothers and is getting used to living a relatively stable family life here in Luceti. He can be a bit of an oddball and cold at times, but he can often be friendly towards strangers. He is also one of his world's most skilled alchemists.
CR Opportunities:
Aang: Aang is very outgoing and kind, and easy to befriend. He's often in the forest, at the library, at the tea shop, by his house or working at the bakery or the Welcome Center. He also attends school. He's very interested in learning about other cultures and other worlds, while secretly hoping to find cultures like his lost people, the air nomads. Generally he really just loves getting to know other people and to help him however he can. He can't carry out his full mission as the Avatar here, so he sees helping individuals as the closest he can do. He also has bending abilities which he likes to compare to elemental magic - and he should be learning more of the filial magic sometime too (currently knowing only Kipinn and Nala). He lives at House 56.
Rock Lee: Rock Lee can be somewhat intense and off-putting with how he portrays himself. But he's eager to meet friends in his own way. He likes to train in a variety of locations around the village and will help anyone whom he thinks is in trouble in a very over-the-top manner. In fact, he does almost everything in an over-the-top manner. He's very interested in physical combat, as he doesn't have ninja magic so he instead has become a master of taijutsu, his world's hand-to-hand combat. He is a big fan of curry and always seeking new friends or training mates. He also hatches a number of hair-brained schemes like trying to train the wings to fly. He lives on the fourth floor of CH1 (aka the ninja floor) with his teammate Neji.
Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler: He's very social in his own way, although Kurt is someone who is likely to spend some days lazing around indoors or at the rec center. He matches your average teenage dork interests - he likes comics, video games, nerdy shows and movies like Star Trek. He's from the early 2000s but speaks with horrible 90s-esque lingo. He strives to be cool and overcome his insecurities, especially regarding his true appearance. People are free to be horrified by that, by the way. He's probably looking for more people in his age group to bro it up with. Also, his primary power is teleporting, but he's been meaning to look into learning swordplay to defend himself during drafts. I also intend to eventually develop him in a direction of becoming more religious, as a way of slowly building him towards his adult self in the comics. He lives in House 16.
Jade Curtiss: He's someone who can be tricky to get to know. He can often act professional and formal towards others, but with a side of snark. And he's not afraid to deliver unpleasant or potentially cruel truths in most cases. Jade is primarily a military-minded man and has a number of concerns regarding Luceti's defenses. It's exceptionally hard to become something like a friend with him, but he will at least look into people who amuse him in some way or show some type of potential. ...Or frenemies (although I'm working on calibrating some parts of his treatments of others that may have been ooc). He may be willing to brief others in basic combat - he hates teaching in particular but he also sees that the populace needs to shape up in order to truly defend itself. Sometime in the future, I want to play out an exploration of his child self - and, either before or after that, possibly something about him contemplating a pact with Nala. Jade is a man who has many skeletons in his closet, but they're ones that are very hard to come up with actual CR - such as that he invented his world's equivalent of cloning and he's also responsible for his teacher's death as a child (Gelda Nebilim, who previously taught at Luceti. I would be interested in him meeting any remaining CR/students of hers as well). He lives in House 1, and he sometimes frequents the library and tea shop.
Mytho: He's someone whom it can be hard to hold a conversation with. Although if you can get him dancing, at least it's a neat-looking show. He doesn't have particular hangouts aside from an attraction towards the fountain. Really, he's somewhat dependent on whoever's around him at the time; he's pretty much reactive to an extreme without his full heart. He will be showing more autonomy as time goes on - and at the same time there will be more surges where he's taken over by his creepy evil side, although I'm not sure yet how I'll play out that part of him. He could use more people to act as a support group for him, especially with his loyal knight being absent. He lives on the first floor of CH7.
Van Hohenheim - He's more of a quiet researcher, but at least he's easier to befriend than Jade. I really just have to work on getting him out there more (part of the summer wound up being distracting enough to keep me from establishing him well enough). He likes reading, learning, performing alchemy. Thinking he may attend school, even. And he may be working at the grocery store as well. He may be seeking to learn more about how family life is supposed to work, which he had some insights from via Luceti Valley, and he has his own demons from his past to contend with. He also started off life as a slave, so that may be something to explore at one point. He lives in House 30 with his wife.
-In the future, Rock Lee and Kurt could possibly be available for joint missions! Possibly Aang as well with trusted people only (because of what happened to Sokka) and possibly Jade (thinking over the ICness of it).

Name: Vilya

Character: Sheena Fujibayashi | She went a little crazy after the last event thanks to the very specific fears tied into what she went through, and now she's not entirely sure where she stands and what to fight for/whether to go on fighting for it. Her personality took a turn for the unstable and volatile. There was a conversation with Carol and right now she's trying to get her inner life back on track - which may involve a mission in the very near future. Anyone who knows her fairly well will have noticed the change in her demeanor for sure.
CR Opportunities: Sheena lives in House 18 with Suki. Despite the event effects, she goes to work every day at the Tea Shop in the late morning and works through to around dinnertime. Otherwise, she spends a lot of her time going around doing keep-self-busy things or chilling on rooftops or training. Speaking of! She helps out at the training school thing whenever it goes on, teaching hand-to-hand fighting skills.

I've gotta say, the information network bit of gossip is really intriguing to me for Sheena in particular, because the position of her people in-canon is that of a planet-wide such network. They're gossip ninja. I am so so so excited to try to work with a thing like that here.

Character: Nephry Osborne | Fairly keep-to-herself of late, Nephry does mostly quiet activities and tries not to get in anyone's way. She went on a research mission not too long ago where she learned things about the different versions of Earth.
CR Opportunities: Her residence is House 1, which she shares with Peony Jade Ion Tear Luke and a dog and some rappigs. Nephry belongs to a group or two but they've moved to the IC metaphorical background tapestry, so to speak. She's involved with the intelligence analysis thing, the Kyoshi Warrior thing (out of a need to learn to defend herself that she can no longer ignore), and the occasional shift at the Welcome Center. Other than that? She doesn't do a whole lot, and I'm hoping she can start doing more things in the future here. I'd be interested in Filial magic stuff too.

Character: Mia | Well she found out about Vaskoth about a week ago and that pretty much tore up her whole social calendar. The girl is devastated. And hiding it from everyone as well as she can.
CR Opportunities: Mia works at the clinic (both clinics!) and when not reeling from the shock of things like that up there, she's a really social friendly person. She also trains with the X-men (whom she lives with in House 16) and friends when training is a thing that goes on. Even on her off days, it's impossible to keep her from busying herself, and she'll go around the village visiting friends, finding books in the library, and venturing to the beach. On top of all that she's willing to teach people through either the combat medicine classes or individually, which she has experience with doing from her Imil days.

Character: Luke Triton | Lately he's just been doing what he does. He goes to the bakery a lot. There's a recent entry up for him with a puzzle in it!
CR Opportunities: When school is in session, Luke goes to school. Otherwise, he's around in the way that only teenagers can be around, the little loiterer. He helps out at the stables, mostly with chores, and investigates the village looking for puzzles to solve. A helpful sort, he is a young gentleman who can't turn down a person in need! Luke is an animal lover, too. I don't have any immediate specific plans for him, though I think he could use more friends to get in trouble with. He lives in House 5 with Layton, Maiza, and Czes.

Character: Raven | The invasion/event settled her soul in the weirdest way. Lately she's been more likely to share her happier emotions on her face, and just slightly joke around with people to boot.
CR Opportunities: Raven works at the smithy making accessories and other small projects; she's been working on expanding her skills to include a more sculpture-y aspect on top of functional jewelry, partially inspired by the art club. She's a member of that too, however grudgingly. I would love for her to have more projects, or more busybody people who can push past her cold front and become her friend; persistence is key there.

She's secretly a giant orange birdmonster too, and if more people could discover that? Accidentally or not, we could totally work it out, that's an aspect of Raven's life I haven't gotten to work with much recently.

Character: Rue | Fell apart somewhat recently, withdrawing into herself unless you were her event family/friends. Unlike the past few times, she didn't run off to hide in the forest, but that wouldn't seem significant to anyone but her. Outside event issues, she's involved (sort of) in finding Mytho's heart shards though her motivations are a little different.
CR Opportunities: Rue also attends school while school is in session. There isn't much for her to do outside of that besides babysit Mytho and practice ballet. That said! She doesn't know how to use the battledome and so she most likely practices in any open and kind of isolates space - Emil once recommended the barracks, and she stuck with that for the most part. She did get back the ability to transform into Kraehe (if you're canon-blind just think magical girl with darkness and backsass) and an opportunity to use that, for better or worse? I'd give you a cookie.

Characters:

Tony Stark (alloys), dealing with event fallout and slight post-traumatic amnesia, but in a pretty damn good mood on account of gettin' hitched. Tony is taking wedding-planning cues from Pepper, but other than that, he's been slightly more laid back, though he still regularly heads into the tunnels to work on the passcodes and works on research in the medlab.

Korra (precipitious), ALSO dealing with event-fallout and it's taken a toll on her usual training schedule. She's still showing up for work at the convenience store, but she has been particularly short-tempered and agitated lately.

Rapunzel (degleamed) is doing pretty well for herself, in fact! Rapunzel keeps up her usual schedule at the bakery and co-runs the art club with Ikki. The art club is a YEAR OLD as of September, so they will probably be throwing some kind of bash for it soon!

CR Opportunities:

FOR TONY: He's recently begun training in hand-to-hand combat with Suki, so I'd like to find him other sparring partners so he can test what he's learning against various skillsets. Additionally, he is at the medlab quite often, so he is probably running into staff and Battle Dome regulars a lot (and he's probably getting on their nerves most of the time). He'll also be running into any other tunnel people on a regular basis. He's not as frequent a visitor to Good Spirits as he used to be, but he can be found there often enough as well. Also, considering his relationship is going just swimmingly, I'd really like to get Tony offering people relationship advice BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT EVERYONE WANTS, RIGHT. He'd be only so happy to dispel his wisdom to others. :|

FOR KORRA: I'd really like to push her into accepting what happened with the event, which really requires more people willing to push her out of her comfort zone and confront her about it. In turn, this development should lead her in the general direction I'd like her to go, which is an airbending breakthrough. I would also like to start sending her on some missions, but she wouldn't want to go by herself for her first time, so if anyone is up for some joint missioning, I'm there. Of course, Korra can always be interacted with at the convenience store, and she is always looking for opportunities to prank customers and/or challenge them to games of ping-pong on the roof, so if you want in on that, let's hear it.

FOR RAPUNZEL: Rapunzel can always been caught at the bakery, but she is also regularly at cherry blossom hill, the art gallery, the tea shop, and the library. She has learned a bit of combat from Rock Lee, but I'd like to get more sparring partners for her as well. I'd also really like Rapunzel to learn some Filial magic, particularly Nala's healing power, so if there's someone who wants to help lead her through that initial contact, that would be great! And as mentioned above, the art club will be having a big bash for their anniversary, so if anyone wants to get involved with throwing that, that'd be swell, as well!

CR Opportunities: Loki is actually quite social and likes to have people around him (he never had those, you know), he practices filial magic, even though, after the accident he has caused he is kind of scared to look into magic again, deeming his evil self right about how power corrupts. Loki goes everywhere but is mostly around the forest, walking Thori.

I actually would like to have someone who would be able to train his hand-to-hand combat because he's a dork when it comes to that. He also needs new friends and MAYBE HE SHOULD OPEN A CANDY STORE OF SOME SORT. There should also be more mischief in Luceti.

Characters: Revy (tickle_me) has been neglected by me laying low since the enclosure reverted back to normal from Luceti Valley. That event has basically changed her outlook on being stuck in the enclosure: she can't just write it off like it was no big deal to have her sense of reality -- and other people's sense of reality -- completely fucked with like that. At least not at the moment. One day she'll probably be a jaded Luceti veteran if I can keep her around that long, but for now she's sort of in a state of shock. Right now she's sulking and wanting to shoot things, with her trigger finger being kept in check by the knowledge that ammo is going to be difficult for her to get in the village. As much as she loathes her current situation right now, she'd rather not be without use of her cutlasses again, especially given the fact that the enclosure had been invaded.

CR Opportunities:

If your character ever goes to the bar or works there, chances are they've seen a dangerous-looking burgundy-haired woman with a prominent tribal tattoo on her shoulder drinking there. Revy spent a lot of time at bars while she was back home in Roanapur and that's not likely to change anytime soon. Start a bar fight or drinking game with her, try to flirt her up, make small talk with her and thereby annoy the fuck out of her -- all valid options for running into her at the bar.

I'd like for someone to show her how to use the Battle Dome, so that she has an outlet for her homicidal tendencies. Well, she'll probably find it a poor substitute for actually going out there and shooting live things, but it should keep her reasonably occupied for a while.

Revy is in need of a Vitriolic Best Bud (or a few) to lose poker games to, as well as someone she can look up to and respect on the battlefield (someone analogous to Dutch, her boss back in Roanapur). For hard mode, it would be super interesting if she actually managed to acquire someone to act as her moral compass here in Luceti. But it'll probably be easier to gain CR of the former types with her, considering that in canon she damn near killed the man who would become said moral compass for her back home. Basically, she fronts like she's "one against the world," but in truth she needs a little direction in her life, especially now that she doesn't have the Lagoon Company with her. She'll likely never be a decent person, but she can be tolerable, and she'll excel in any missions that require copious amounts of violence. She'll get along best with other characters who also have...questionable morals about the value of life and what one is meant to be doing with one's life.

An anti-opportunity -- Revy actually does not check the journals that much at the moment! She prefers to talk things out in person. But if it's necessary, we can plot out some sort of journal meeting! She's bound to get bored enough to stalk the journals at some point out of desperation for something to do.

...I actually have yet to settle on where she's living. It's probably either in CH4 or CH7, though.

I apologize in advance for any short threads with Revy! Although the nature of Luceti will mitigate things a little, she's likely to ragequit any given conversation or just be like "whatevs" when she gets bored with someone.

Characters:
Cilan of Pokemon: Best Wishes | He's a very friendly, outgoing Pokemon Connoisseur who is quite knowledgeable about many different subjects. Nothing particularly "bad" happened to him during the last event and the fallout basically resulted in him just keeping to himself and his Pokemon for a short while since his Pokemon spent most of the event stuck in the zoo away from their trainer. He's recently been almost always accompanied by Pansage or one of his other Pokemon, except if he's going to someone's house or another building. Other than that, not much else other than maybe feeling a little lonely, what with more of his CR having left recently.

Crow of Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon | A bratty robotic kid who likes making mischief, but deep down at heart likes having friends. The recent event however has made him feel a little bitter since it's reminded him of how much different he is in comparison to his friends, what with being a robot and all, as well as other things that he doesn't particularly like. At first he mostly stuck close to Seto after the event, but he's started wandering around again and might be prone to taking a few more risks when it comes to doing dumb acrobatic stunts, try not to encourage him when he does that. ^^;;

CR Opportunities: Cilan's hobbies are...well, he's a huge nerd, so he has a rather long list of interests: Pokemon, cooking, reading, fishing, being knowledgeable about dorky things like science, movies, trains, detective mysteries and specifics of the legal system, etc. You could ask him anything and he'd likely have an opinion on it that involves whether it's in "good taste" or not. Don't ask him about ghosts though, he's secretly easily spooked by things like that. If your character frequents the library or The Battle Dome the most, they'll very likely spot him either reading different books, or training with his Pokemon at the Dome. He's also vaguely considering getting a job now, to have something more to do. (He has extensive cooking knowledge and experience for any of the restaurants or other eating establishments if any of you are looking for more workers, but otherwise he's not too picky if he ends up doing something elsewhere.)

Crow's hobbies are hanging out in high places and being generally hard to get along with sometimes. He secretly likes reading (in particular, stories about pirates are his favorite...) and drawing stuff (including on the sides of buildings) in addition to doing cartwheels on your roof. He's also kind of a kleptomaniac with an interest in shiny objects, so be careful about waving anything in his face or leaving it somewhere unattended, because he might try to take it. You could find him practically anywhere if you're looking hard enough for him, since he likes to wander around Luceti at all hours, even at night. If you want someone on your roof, or drawing on the side of your house, or need someone to take your stuff, he's the brat for the job.

Characters:

Teddy Altman: Baby is no longer a baby, since he celebrated his eighteenth birthday recently! He lives in Community Housing 5 with his boyfriend, Billy Kaplan. They do have a soundproof room that they take full advantage of. He's come to terms with the fact that he'll probably never really accept a family, but don't let this stop anyone from trying to adopt the boy - he just has problems with family due to tragic happenings back at home.

Luke fon Fabre: Luke has been quiet due to event shenanigans and how it paired up him and Eleanor! You know, seeing how he's still pretty hopelessly devoted to his old gf despite just how hopeless it really is. He doesn't do nearly as much as Teddy, though he's interested in looking into magic again and applying it to his weapons and attacks and whatnot. He's been looking at the teashop lately!

CR Opportunities:

Teddy
- Works as an assistant curator at the art gallery with Pepper! He's generally found there during the morning, or if Pepper needs to be away.
- Additionally, he works at Shot in the Dark as a cafe barista! He normally takes the evening shift, since he likes his afternoons free and otherwise has things planned.
- Lately, he's been in the library both to check out fiction/comics and to look into health/medical books as well as ones that have to do with his own power and what comes with it (body language, anatomy, acting, self-help).
- He has guitar lessons with Katniss every Wednesday, Prim every Thursday, and lunchdates with Mia pretty much every Friday and field-medicine training with her. He certainly would not mind taking on more students who want to learn guitar, and he'd like to ask more of the clinic people about more medicinal and first-aid type of things.
- Every weekday at 5 pm means training sessions with Billy in the Danger Room.
- He has a dog. His name is Optimus Prime. He has been living up to the name lately (not a robot, just large). OP is a big, loveable and affectionate golden retriever, and Teddy likes to take him out on walks in the afternoon.
- He likes to wander the village, loves chatting up people, store owners and people who shop around alike, and really likes to fly.
- Of note is that he has a second set of wings that he shapes out of his back when he wants to fly, ones that are much larger and capable of flight.
- He's also been hanging around the stables! Talking to horses and leading them around and giving them lots of love is sort of a type of therapy he's been doing himself. He wouldn't ride them if his life depended on it. Babushka is his favorite.
- The Battledome is another place he likes to go to, half to train and make simulations in NYC with doombots and whatnot, half for entertainment, like watching sports games or wandering Pandora/Middle Earth (or at least close copies of them) or placing himself in the middle of a video game. His pet project is to create a fantasy basketball team, though his team needs... work, seeing how programming NPCs is difficult.
- Once Teddy goes to school again, it'll probably be his last year since it'll technically be his senior year in high school. He's friendly and sociable, always willing to lend a hand or be a tutor (he's better in sciences) or talk to someone who's sitting alone. He's a good kid.

Luke
- He would much like to work at the teashop if he could! He's interested in what all they have, as he remembers that teas help him relax. While Teddy is a coffee drinker, Luke is definitely on the tea end of the scale.
- Lives at House 1 with the rest of its occupants, and is greatly enjoying himself there. It really is much better to live there than with one other person or in a hostile environment like back at home.
- I've been looking to have him adopt a stray kitty and try hard to keep it a secret since House 1 has a dog. He just. Misses the cat he got for Asch. ;~;
- Plays the piano! And loves to do so wherever there is one, like Seventh Heaven. He used to not like playing in public much, and is still kind of shy about it. But lately, he's been enjoying letting people eat and whatnot to music.
- He sort of has a hobby of collecting stuff. Swords, books, nick-knacks, stuff. So he often visits the weapon shop for swords that probably wouldn't be used for fighting and more for decoration, the library for fictional (and only fictional thus far) books that he hasn't read yet, and the item shop for additional little things.
- Also the flower shop. He really likes to look through there and secretly wants the view outside his window to have a ton of flowers. He might be looking to work there too, if he could. He knows quite a lot about flowers due to having a caretaker who loved them so much.
- He also goes to school, once it starts! He's a little shier than Teddy, and a little awkward as well. But he'd open up as the year goes on, and - well, he'd be kind of lazy about work and probably daydream a lot, but he's got his heart in the right place.

Steve is a very open guy who is easy to get along with. In result of the last event he's pulled away from everyone for awhile and is now slowly trying to put himself back out there. New CR would probably be really good for him right now because a lot of his current CR is in a really awkward place right now. His interests include sketching and exercise (including hand-to-hand combat).

She's adapted much faster than Steve since the end of the event. She's mostly back to normal now and goes about her regular days. She's also highly friendly and open. Her interests include reading and learning new things.

CR Opportunities: Steve: He lives in Building 1, where he mostly frequents his room or on occasion the roof. A majority of his time is spent around town. Early in the mornings he goes out for a run around the village. In the afternoon he can usually be found sketching near the fountain. He frequents Seventh Heaven, the Art Gallery (where some of his art hangs), A Shot In the Dark (where he works part-time), the Battle Dome, and the beach where he usually goes to visit Adele. He's open for pretty much anything. In the past he's offered to assist training people in hand-to-hand combat, so if anyone has an interest there, it's open. He's also open to doing art-related requests for people if asked. He has a few pieces hanging in Pepper's Gallery that they might see and then hunt him down. Or they can stumble across him sketching at the fountain. Pretty much anything is possible!

Belle: She lives in House 17 with Beast. Places she frequents include; the library (where she works), the Bakery, the Items Shop, Barracks, and the forest. Belle is equally open to anything! She spends a lot of her time working in the library, but she also spends a good deal of time outside, walking around, visiting friends, doing chores. She's very easy to run into. She would probably be interested in learning Filial magic-or at least discussing it with someone who knows about it. She's also a good source for book recommendations and vice-versa.

Characters: Gold | Pokémon Special: Is currently trying to deal with the fact that all his friends have just been going home one after another. Currently unsure how he'll turn out when all is said and done.
Asbel Lhant | Tales of Graces: Will be dealing with Richard's plotthing shortly. Otherwise has nothing.
Haru Glory | Rave Master: He just had his Sacrifar thing go down, and he'll be waking up pretty soon to freak out and apologize and deal with the delicious fallout.

CR Opportunities:
Gold: Gold's primary hangout spots are the battle dome, the rec center, and the Seventh Heaven, so it's pretty easy to catch him there. He's usually either eating, training his 'mons, or playing some game. He's a very active guy, always out and about and doing things, so it's not uncommon for him to just run into people out in the village, or take interest in something going on on the network. At one point, I was going to have him take some interest in Filial Magic so he didn't have to rely on his Pokémon so much and actually be able to legitimately defend himself, but I haven't really found the opportunity for that yet.

Asbel: Asbel's usually seen meeting with friends at the tea, or training at the barracks or training school. He's pretty focused on training and improving his skills. He doesn't have too many interests right now aside from Tiger Festivals but that can change! I really want him to get a pupil that he can train in swordsmanship, so that's a thing that could happen.

Haru: Haru doesn't have any specific hangouts yet, although he does like to chill on the roof of his apartment building on clear nights and watch the stars. He also enjoys practicing his swordsmanship and being generally athletic too, exercising by going on a jog through the village everyday, but using Sacrifar's likely putting a damper on that since he'll be suffering from pain in his dominant arm for quite a while. He'll probably take to sitting around looking at the journal for a while, since it's pretty tough to train when you can't even hold your sword.

Characters: Fenimore (blessingone, also known as "my only character"): A lot of her time is spent raising Sophie (lostlegacy) and doing her share of the housekeeping around House 34, but she uses what spare time she has on such things as walking, swimming, or reading (mostly comics). Since she turned 19, she's been getting increasingly antsy about her perceived unproductivity (she doesn't really count raising Sophie since she's not her kid and the task is shared), but she has no idea what she would do so that hasn't actually had any effect on her activities. After the spirit possession event, she took a section of the yard not covered by Grune's gardens to make a small patch of her own (though Grune probably often forgets and looks after it, too), as she had grown kind of fond of Faeren. Particularly recently, she went on a picnic date on the 17th down by the southern/eastern lake with Rei. Thread jury remains out on how that turned out right now. Oh and I should mention that a mission saved her from experiencing the AU and she's pretty happy about that, if a little confused about what exactly happened.

CR Opportunities: * Fenimore lives in House 34 with Grune, Norma, Sophie, Walter, and Oscar, which can be identified from a distance because Grune keeps adding to the gardens in the yard. She's usually reluctant to give the address out to people she doesn't know well enough to trust, but Grune in particular remains a large information leak.
* Raising Sophie restrains her movements to a certain extent, but when she does have spare time she is outside fairly often. In the middle of town, groceries need to be gotten and she sometimes browses the clothing store in order to weed out any Ferines-style clothes from people wearing them without understanding the cultural significance. When she's just out walking, she sticks to less busy places and often will stick to the outskirts/along the river (though on days she's in a particularly good mood, she can be found near the fountain even if that's really busy for Luceti). She also goes swimming (fully clothed -- it's a Ferines thing) in both the lake and ocean, but she often is reluctant to do so when other people are around, as she runs the risk of breathing underwater without thinking and revealing that her hair glows. Why is that important? Well...
* She's not human and has some trust issues with humans she doesn't know well (though she is fine with individual humans once she knows them). Lots of scars beneath her clothes, lots of trauma in her backstory. It's all dramatic and explosive and I enjoy getting to touch on that, but I try not to bring it up too often to avoid attention-seeking.
* Fenimore has been getting off-and-on training in the Kyoshi Warrior style for two years now. I think it's currently off? But she does still practice, mostly in the backyard of House 34. She's somewhat doubtful of the benefit as actual self-defence and at least partially does it just for the satisfaction of doing it. I have high hopes that one day, a draft or a mission will place her in a position to learn that, nope, it's actually doing her some good. This might set off its own issues at some point, but I'm already going on way too long as it is, so that's left for the future.
* Fenimore has vaguely been pondering learning Filial magic after being possessed by Faeren (seeing it as rescuing her from Twila, she's actually grateful about it). One day she might do something about it. She'll need a lot of help, though, because she's dreadfully bad at magic and her spiritual senses are really low for what I perceive as a pretty spiritual species. (She actually has her own magic from her world, but...dreadfully bad. Still mightn't be too bad to work on it one day.)
* Sometime in the near future, she's going to be asking for someone to teach her how to use the Battle Dome programming system. This will probably be a post when I have time for one. Her main goal is for entertaining Sophie (after hearing about an airship adventure courtesy of Cecil) and maybe educating her on her parents' homeworld, but it may have side-benefits.
* She likes to pretend she knows more about advising other people's romances than she actually does. So sometimes she sticks her nose into people's requests for help on dating. Other journal pings I usually have trouble pinning down in a general sense, though she almost never replies to things that she thinks will bring the attention of the Malnosso on her. She might try to respond anonymously if she really needs to, though.
* Oh and she has a big monster bird pet like nearly her size. Thanks to Grune's influence it is completely docile and pleasantly plump. It would be mildly dangerous if it was aggressive (like, mid-Tales-game random encounter), but that's not likely to be a problem.

Ikki: lives at House 56, and can be found in the yard there. Also attends school. She's really, really easy to find; if she's not at home or school, she's often in the fountain/shopping area, or the playground. She'll also hang out around the air gates. Short of that, just asking her to meet you usually works. She's liable to talk to anyone, but is particularly receptive to people who know Aang, Katara, Sokka, or any of her other CR people.

Prim: Lives in House 43. Works at 7th Heaven, attends school. Can be found hanging around the library and the clinic with great frequency. Having different memories implanted in his mind wasn't a comfortable thing to come to terms with, but being uprooted from a certain lifestyle and having to adjust to something entirely different isn't completely unfamiliar to him. His family was someone he already was quite close to, too. He's going about his usual routine of keeping the house clean, making sure his flatmates are fed, and frequenting the library.

For more specific plotting, I'll be running something for him in October, but I will be announcing details on it later, so keep an eye out? :B

Character: Asch (dissonates); cranky swordsman with terrible social skills who tells it like it is.
CR Opportunities: He helps run Good Spirits and he's... well, getting better at listening to the ramblings of customers, so there's that. Standard battle dome/around the village applies. He's been spending a lot more time around the bakery these days, for those who'd notice... (HE REALLY NEEDS CR)

Character: Edward Elric (automailed); alchemist with two metal limbs (he usually hides them though) and a bad temper. He usually hangs out by his house or the library doing solo research.
CR Opportunities: He's good for missions if people want team-ups, since he likes to collect points for random stuff on and off. He also has a severely under-utilized alchemy commissions posting, for those who are interested in hiring him on. (HE REALLY NEEDS CR)

Character: Fluttershy (shying); super-shy animal-loving talking pony. What more needs to be said?
CR Opportunities: If you have/are an animal she will love on you. If you have/are a dragon, she will love on you. If you have/are a BIG dragon she will be terrified of you. ...What the hell, she'll love you even if you are people, but it takes her time to warm up to you. Honestly, though, anyone could just talk to her and be patient and she's super easy to get CR with as long as you're rated G.

Shinji Ikari (shinesbrightest): Shinji's been up to the usual lately, which... mostly just consists of existing! The event didn't really have much of an effect on him (because frankly, he's been through worse), so he's just been taking it easy, keeping himself busy and looking out for his roommates, Pen-Pen and Panda.

Jason Todd (curiositykills): Jaybird, on the other hand, didn't take so well to the event! He also may or may not have been secretly angsting over his birthday and having been here for almost a year. But he's mostly over that now! So he's also pretty much gone back to doing the usual. See below!
CR Opportunities:
Shinji: Shinji lives in CH4 with Panda and Pen-Pen! He's the responsible adult here (oh god), so he does the shopping and cooking for them, sometimes accompanied by Pen-Pen. Shinji likes to go to the roof and watch the stars sometimes and he likes to wander around the village listening to music, so he's not hard to randomly run into. He also joined the SOS Brigade a little while before the last event! As for hobbies, he has a cello, though he doesn't play it very much, and he spends his time reading, though not about anything in particular.

Shinji is eager to help people and usually pretty easy to get along with despite all his issues. I'm open to everything, of course, but I'm especially interested in him getting to know more like-minded people—other people who are shy or have intense self-esteem issues or are questioning everything about their existence... you know, the usual! It's been a while since he knew anyone who was just as self-loathing as he is, haha.

Jason: Jason lives in CH5. He's a restless kid who would rather spend his time out and about than locked up in his apartment, so he can be found around the village, too, getting into whatever he can. Particular spots of interest include the library (he'll read just about anything), the item shop (which he likes to raid for interesting things), and the restaurant (because hey, free food). Late evenings/early mornings are spent in the battle dome and occasionally stalking things at night, so if you're looking for weird hour CR, he can be all over that! His hobbies are music, training, and anything that keeps him busy because distractions are awesome.

Like Shinji, he's eager to help people any way he can, but unlike him, he's not the least bit shy. If your character isn't very outgoing, Jason is more than chatty enough to make up for it! He'll befriend them so hard. He loves to talk and he can easily strike up conversation with anyone. Out of the two, Jason in particular could use more CR, too, especially people that he can just be normal around and do typical teenager-y things with, so!! There's that.

Characters: Just Shikamaru here (endgames), from Naruto. He's a tactical genius (IQ over 200) ninja with a surprisingly good head on his shoulders, but is laid-back outside of serious things. He likes board games and clouds. Boring things.

Luceti-wise, he's been in game for three years now (on September 6th!), though he was canon updated in March and thus still looks 17. He's intensely interested in the world and politics outside of Luceti, and goes on missions every chance he gets. He likes to involve himself.

CR Opportunities:

* Shikamaru runs the convenience store in Luceti (it has a slurpee machine now)! If you haven't heard of it, it's right across the street from the Item Shop. He's there frequently in the days, and some nights.

* On this note, he's looking for more employees, particularly ones who could help make ready-to-go foods! Bento lunches, sandwiches, salads. Things like that. Regular employees are fine too, though! His current staff not counting himself includes Masaomi, Korra, and Naruto, so.

* I used to have him avoid the bar like the plague, but he's probably been poking around here and there in the last few months and will continue to do so with more frequency from now on. Not a regular customer, but he comes in every now and then for a shot or two.

* I would really love to get him some more panfandom CR, or further develop the current set he has in new ways. Between how busy work has been for me in the last few months and the Naruto cast explosion/his own depression, he's fallen a little off the wagon there.

* An adult/mentor figure he can trust to talk to about his problems would be nice too, somehow.

* Oh and he's allergic to water now, because of training with Twila. Douse him or wait for it to rain and he'll start smelling like a wet dog. If for some reason you want that.
