Oh gosh, if Pils knew that she would feel even worse. Inside the village sounds good to me, too. I can't think of any places I know for sure they have in common, except for the ones that a lot of people are usually in like the grocery and what not. She's never been in Celcius Tear, so...she could be checking it out and run into her there sometime perhaps?
