[[All righty everyone! Time for the hunter event to begin. Pretty much what happens is this - The Malnosso have released a hunter into the forest surrounding the village. He looks human, but lacks the wings that everyone else has. His main objective? To slice off your character's wings and take them as trophies. He will be in the forest at all times for the next few days. At random times during the next week he will come into the village, and that is when more characters will be hurt, but remember, it is all up to you guys when your characters gets hit. If you want them to be safe, then that's okay too. Here's your options for what can happen to your characters.
Stabbed/Shot with an arrow - This is the least drastic thing that can happen. The hunter will either pull a knife on or shoot an arrow at your character. This doesn't really need much more explanation than that. In order for your character to keep from getting further injured, they will have to run away at this point then.
Lose One Wing - The Hunter will decide not to be greedy and only slice off one of your character's wings. If this occurs, they will be extremely weak, unable to move and in need of severe amounts of rest. It will take about five days for their wing to grow back. Losing a wing is a bloody experience, but growing it back is not. Basically, the new wing will emerge from the wound left in their back. It hurts, but it's not bloody.
Losing Both Wings - This is the big one. If your character loses both their wings, they die. No ifs, ands, or buts. The Malnosso will leave them for a day or so, letting your characters find the bodies of their friends, and snatch them sometime after that to rewing them and ressurect them. If your character dies, they can't return until the end of the event! Remember this for if you're planning on killing them. Also, they will have to lose something important for them to return to life. Be sure to check with a mod to see if what you have in mind is important enough.
The event starts now and will last until midnight next Wednesday evening. This will allow for everyone to participate if they choose, and also keep your characters panicked for a while. Your characters can try to form some resistance agains tthe Hunter and fight him, but remember that he is invincible and can't be killed. >:3 Enjoy, little mice.
