How's My Driving?

This is a crit post for both the community and game and for your characters. If you have something you'd like to see us improve upon with the game, PLEASE TELL US HERE! Anon commenting is on, but if anything gets really nasty there will be warnings and thread-freezing. This isn't required but everyone is encouraged to take advantage of the advice of your fellow players!

Just some pointers: no taking cheap shots, no dragging personal issues into things and for the love of all that is wise and great, please double check your replies and comments before posting them. Sometimes a change in phrasing can make all the difference between a helpful tone and a condescending one.

ALSO ALSO: We'd like to clarify that HMD means HMD- which means it's okay to have both good and bad crit. Some people have expressed concerns about posting good/bad crit when a character already has bad/good crit posted. We'd like to encourage you guys to do it anyway! You can drive well or badly, and even good drivers make mistakes. So give it a try \o

I have come to the conclusion that I don't suck at Dhaos, I just suck at RP. LOL. If you know why, or you disagree and think I do suck at Dhaos, please tell me! I want to hear it.

I'm not surprised. With the perverted Chosen, klutzy ninja, abusive professor, mentally unstable angel and everyone else, I'm surprised to see Dhaos is still sane.

Seriously, though, as I've said before, I'm something of a picky RPer. If you sucked at RPing, I wouldn't be seeking you out to tag at every turn. The fact that Dhaos has shot to the top of my character interaction list in only three months should tell you plenty about your skills in RPing.

From one person who frets constantly about her RPing to another, don't. (Because it's totally that easy.) You're doing just fine. ♥

I know we don't have as much interaction between these two as we could, but don't ever think that means I dislike your Dhaos. Far from it! It's just that... well, Arche's scared of him. She'd never admit it, but she is. And as a result she doesn't really want to get close to him if she can avoid it.

Despite these IC pitfalls, I want you to know that I as a player really enjoy your Dhaos. He's very much an anti-villain without having the more jerkass parts of his personality downplayed.

XD I kinda have the same problem with Dhaos-- he's not around as much as I'd like because he avoids humans, and guess what most of the people in the village are! XD So I completely understand. Why the heck would she willingly seek him out? ...If she's still upset about Rhea, maybe, but She has plenty of reason to avoid him. LOL.

I just want to say I am enjoying threading our current convo in the draft, even if its backdated quite a while, and that I hope to see more out of Dhaos than I have been. I'm canon blind so I can't say more than that, but I do like what I see.
