Minato here is a caretaker! He can cook and that sort of thing, but he's also good at listening to people and getting them to calm down. So if there are hysterical NPCs or player characters, he might be able to help out. He has some magical healing skills as well, if those are available.

Maybe Minato and Mars could work together to calm down folks? Thats sort of what she's good at, as well as cooking.
