How's My Driving?

This is a crit post for both the community and game and for your characters. If you have something you'd like to see us improve upon with the game, PLEASE TELL US HERE! Anon commenting is on, but if anything gets really nasty there will be warnings and thread-freezing. This isn't required but everyone is encouraged to take advantage of the advice of your fellow players!

Just some pointers: no taking cheap shots, no dragging personal issues into things and for the love of all that is wise and great, please double check your replies and comments before posting them. Sometimes a change in phrasing can make all the difference between a helpful tone and a condescending one.

ALSO ALSO: We'd like to clarify that HMD means HMD- which means it's okay to have both good and bad crit. Some people have expressed concerns about posting good/bad crit when a character already has bad/good crit posted. We'd like to encourage you guys to do it anyway! You can drive well or badly, and even good drivers make mistakes. So give it a try \o

Yeah, I admit, I don't know why it took me so long to snap to it and realize that crit myself, man. It was really dumb of me. But I'm really glad we all worked it out, and thanks so much for considering to tell me because that's something I'd want brought up here ASAP. Thanks for the reply!

You seem to do a really good job managing five characters! I have only interacted with Fuuko and Yotsuba and I enjoy them both so much. Especially Yotsuba -- I stalk a lot of her threads too and they are so enjoyable to read!

Blue Exorcist apparently has zombies, but we've never seen them on screen. We have seen ghouls (face in the bottom panel here, full body in the page here) which are demons which possess corpses. We've also seen Naberius, which are artificial demons that the demon-fighting people used to make by (magically?) sewing ghouls together to make monsters to fight other demons in ancient times (though someone eventually realized that was a Bad Idea and so it became a forbidden technique in modern times).

However, the official bios for both species state quite clearly that zombies are a different thing. Given that Blue Exorcist is actually remarkably close to the source material for things a lot of the time, I suspect Blue Exorcist zombies are closer to the original voodoun meaning than the modern one.

I think you already know how I feel about Archie, but I wanted to let you know how very much I am enjoying your other two characters. Peeta seems to be so on the money to me. I loved reading his threads on the circus mission especially. And while I don't know the Vorkosigan Saga at all, Gregor seems to me to be a very well-fleshed-out character who reacts in interesting and true-to-character ways to life in Luceti.

I wish I could give you a hand with Grell, but unfortunately the only CR I've got is from during the amnesia thing and... yeah. Sure was a thing, wasn't it.

Maybe trying to play with how Grell felt then versus now, since I know that's something Loki's personally still trying to resolve and that's lead to some interesting CR.

I love your Loki since it does show that he is so torn between emotions and how closed he is about those. Your tags always give me something to think about and I really like that. It also challenges my English because I'm not a native speaker
