How's My Driving?

This is a crit post for both the community and game and for your characters. If you have something you'd like to see us improve upon with the game, PLEASE TELL US HERE! Anon commenting is on, but if anything gets really nasty there will be warnings and thread-freezing. This isn't required but everyone is encouraged to take advantage of the advice of your fellow players!

Just some pointers: no taking cheap shots, no dragging personal issues into things and for the love of all that is wise and great, please double check your replies and comments before posting them. Sometimes a change in phrasing can make all the difference between a helpful tone and a condescending one.

ALSO ALSO: We'd like to clarify that HMD means HMD- which means it's okay to have both good and bad crit. Some people have expressed concerns about posting good/bad crit when a character already has bad/good crit posted. We'd like to encourage you guys to do it anyway! You can drive well or badly, and even good drivers make mistakes. So give it a try \o

So first off, can I say how happy it makes me to have Rei in Luceti? Having been a fan of the Sailor Moon series on and off since I was probably about eight, she brings all the nostalgia to the yard, seriously. And you do such a lovely job with her, too. ♥ That four-way thread with her, Grune, Sabriel, and Viral and the lead up to it was some of the most fun I've had since joining Luceti.

As for Saori, you've really impressed me with her. It's clear you've put a lot of thought into her character; just when I think I've got her pinned down, a new facet of her personality/powers/way of viewing the world comes to my attention. I'm seriously enjoying figuring out what makes her work.

Her threads with Grune are just so sweet, too! When Grune gets her memories back next, I have to say, Saori is one of the people I'm most looking forward to having her interact with. Things are bound to get interesting once the two of them are on an equal footing.

Thank you Vyc, I really appreciate that. Rei is a little tricky sometimes, and so I wonder how I'm managing with her a lot. And I do have to agree, that thread was handily one of my favorite moments in Luceti so far.

And thank you again. Saori is a character that I really try and make interesting, and has a fair bit if significance to me. I'm really glad that you're enjoying playing with her and reading her threads. Her threads with Grune are definitely some of my favorites, because no matter what she gets to be pretty free with herself. The one during the last event was particularly striking for me, for a tl;dr block of reasons.

I look forward to her meeting True-Grune as well. That will be bound to go all sorts of fun places and give them a lot to think on.

If you're trying to make Saori interesting, you're certainly succeeding! And awww, I'm really glad to hear it! ♥ (I also would be happy to read your tl;dr if you're interested in typing it out.)
