I could just wait two hours and really screw with you all
Hey hey, Lucetians! Time for some announcements/maintenance stuff.

3) Some minor changes and updates have been made to the FAQ and Nitpicker's Guide; mostly adding information from the last year or so, notably in the Spirits section since Twila wasn't even there! It's still a work-in-progress and there's a lot more to do, so suggestions for what might be helpful to you guys are welcome. In particular, the Useful Links section of the Nitpicker's Guide needs some updated resources and links (some of them still go back to LJ, wow), so if you have anything you'd like to see posted there, there will be a thread below for general modly suggestions.
4) Lately people have been asking us where the plot went. This is understandable! We have been awfully quiet since hiring ourselves a new team. Well, I'm excited to tell you all that we have big things in the works, lots of ideas, not to mention good chemistry between the plot development mods (and the team in general, really), and we're confident that we can get this show back on the road. In other words, stay tuned! Plot is coming very soon to an RP near you, and we're determined not to disappoint.
5) This brings us to our next event… and following with the recent time-dilation issue the poor organization's intern was having, we figured it was past due for a Total Recall!! (You know, it's been almost two years since we did one of these? Wow.) For those unaware, Total Recall is basically a literal callback to some old, favourite events that we've run in the past. Here's a list of those we've used in the past, with some additional events from between then and now:
Time Skip: Age your character up, age 'em down, whatever you like.
Gender Swap: Boys become girls, girls become boys.
Personality Change: Wish your character was more flirty? Girly? Manly? Boisterous? Emo? Feel free to mess with them as much as you like!
Body Swap: Switch with another character's body! Self-explanatory.
You Are What You Love: What do you love most? Now you're that! Maybe it's a person, a food, an animal, or something else.
You Are What You Fear: Okay, not really. But suddenly what you fear could be everywhere. It could be new, it could be old, it could be of something normal as spiders or heights and it could be of something as commonly seen as rainfall or pants. But you're scared of it. Details at the bottom of this entry.
Change of Species: Transform into another creature or species, sentient or otherwise!
Fairy Tale Roles: Live out the role of fairy tale characters. Get some ideas here.
RPG Questing: Be a knight! A black mage! Or a fool! Add some life to your week with a quest or two. Details here.
Horoscopes: Let a set of horoscopes guide you through this event. Details here.
Teleporting: Characters are randomly teleported to another location for no apparent reason.
Mini: Characters are shrunk! Chibified! Tini'd! How small can you go?
Thought Bubble: What're you thinking about? Sometimes it may show up in a bubble above your head, as either text or as an image. Oops.
Level One: Your character is reset to the beginning of their canon. No memories of Luceti or anything they experienced up to their canon point; they're fresh-faced and undeveloped and full of potential! Just so you can break their brains. More details here.
Amnesia: Self-explanatory, though if you want more information, here's where it happened.
Alternate Universes: We have four different kinds you can do.
--The first is Luceti's Alternate History, where you can mold a character to fit the setting of that previous event (whether you were around for it or not!).
--Second is the more recent, slightly-altered Luceti Valley event. The invasion may be over but those lives don't have to be lost forever! Bring them back for some extra fun.
--Third is an Alternate Universe set in in your own canon, which you can read about here.
--The fourth option is the Cross-Canon Alternate Universe. This means you can transplant your character into another canon and make them whatever you want! The only limitation is that you don't send your character to a canon not already represented in Luceti. Also, be sure to talk to members of that cast if you do! It's the considerate thing to do.
If you have other suggestions/requests for previous events that you'd like to try, there is a thread below where you can ask about it! Some events we can't repeat due to plotty-stuff, but otherwise, this list is by no means exclusive.
Now let's talk dates. This event will run from April 9th to the 22nd. This is a long time! The reason for this is so you can, if you choose, have your characters be affected or unaffected at any given time throughout the time period. If you want your character to be shifted for the entire time, you're free to do so. If you want to switch between several different shifts (or even more than one at the same time, within reason), that's also an option. So for example:
Day 1-5: Time Skip!
Day 6-9: AU!
Day 10-14: Unaffected.
And so on and so forth, however you want to organize it. As usual this is entirely optional, so have as much or as little fun with changing your character as you want.
