Taken Characters - Find your canon from the list there and post your information in the right place. Let us know if for some reason your canon isn't listed.
Locations - Figure out where your character is living and tell us about it!

We're gonna call it...

TOTAL RECALL III: THE REVENGE OF THE RETURN OF PAST EVENTS PART TWO
(Coming to a Luceti near you, from May 26th to June 4th)

So what is a Total Recall? Basically we take a bunch of past events, various kidnapping effects, we throw it in a basket. We smooth it out, we toss it around, we study it, we construct a 9000 word essay about it, and then we dump it all back on you guys. What this means is, for ten days, you guys can pick and choose from the below effects and do WHATEVER you want. It's fun fun fun. In fact, let's just look at the fabulous available effects:

Time Skip: Age your character up, age 'em down, whatever you like.

Gender swap: Boys become girls, girls become boys.

Personality Change: Wish your character was more flirty? Girly? Manly? Boisterous? Emo? Feel free to mess with them as much as you like!

Body swap: Switch with another character's body! Self-explanatory.

You Are What You Love: What do you love most? Now you're that! Maybe it's a person, a food, an animal, or something else.

Change of Species: Transform into another creature or species, sentient or otherwise!

Fairy Tale Roles: Live out the role of fairy tale characters. Get some ideas here.

RPG Questing: Be a knight! A black mage! Or a fool! Add some life to your week with a quest or two. Details here.

Horoscopes: Let a set of horoscopes guide you through this event. Details here.

Teleporting: Characters are randomly teleported to another location for no apparent reason!

Mini: Characters are shrunk! Chibified! Tini'd! How small can you go?

Thought Bubble: What you're thinking about? Sometimes it may show up in a bubble above your head, as either text or as an image. Oops.

Masks! Masks! Masks!: Not enough already? Well all those masks are back and scattered across Luceti. A complete list is over here.

Alternate Universes: We have three different kinds you can do.
--The first is Luceti's Alternate History, where you can mold a character to fit the setting of that previous event (whether you were around for it or not!).
--Second is an Alternate Universe set in in your own canon, which you can read about here.
--The third option is the recent Cross-Canon Alternate Universe. This means you can transplant your character into another canon and make them whatever you want! The only limitation is that you don't send your character to a canon not already represented in Luceti. Also, be sure to talk to members of that cast if you do! It's the considerate thing to do.


NOW BUCKLE UP CUZ WE'RE GONNA THROW FIVE THOUSAND RULES AT YOU.





... or not. This is more or less a free-for-all! But here's some good guidelines:

The event will last for ten days! Why that long? Because you don't have to do just one thing! You'll have the freedom to pick and choose whatever you want and let it last for as long as you like. Maybe for the first half your character will teleport around town, then in the second half they'll spend it as a goat! Why not, says I?

You can stack effects! This means your character can turn into a panda bear, become tiny, and suddenly start teleporting to all the hippest places!

All we ask is that you use a little common sense. If you stack so many effects on your character to the point of being unrecognizable, then you've sort of stopped playing your character at that point. And what's the point in that, right? Be cool, guys. We're trusting you!

The event starts on the 26th at 12:00AM EST! It will subsequently end on June 4th, at 11:59PM EST.

That's just about everything. Coming up in June, we'll finally be having another draft. We'll have details on that later. For now you can use this post for plotting and discussion. Adell Character Plots (Please do not reply)

Day 1 and 2: Adell will be affected by various of the simpler maladies like teleportation and thought bubbles, but otherwise remains normal and available for shenanigans.

Day 3: Species Change: Adell will reprise being an Archangel of Celestia again, complete with a second set of large, white angel wings. He will not be immune to the simpler effects and may indulge in Masks this day.

Day 3 remains tentative and is up for negotiation.

Day 4-7: Cross-Canon Alternate Universe... With approval of Raini, our resident Reimu, Adell is now a denizen of Gensokyo, and now a youkai instead of a demon. Specifically, Adell has become an Oni, and a very powerful one at that. Touhou Oni, much like those in myth, are supernaturally very physically powerful, and as such, Adell will maintain his ability to perform impressive feats of strength. However, a notable physical change Adell will have are two very large horns growing out of his head, the telltale sign of his heritage.

However, with great power, comes great drunkenness. Touhou Oni possess an uncommon love for alcohol, and an even more impressive constitution to handle it. Lock up your booze, Luceti, or this Oni will be sure to find it.

And, as appropriate for the Touhou world, Adell will come armed with flight abilities (though not high speed), and the ability to create danmaku, the series' famed bullet curtains. He'll be able to spray hundreds of magical bullets in various patterns... but not to worry, as per the spellcard rules, these bullets are entirely non-lethal, and the blows from them will probably be more annoying than painful. Obviously, these abilities last only as long as the AU does and he'll promptly forget how to do them once it wears off.

Of note, Adell will likely be issuing challenges of all kinds as an Oni. Oni are very competitive and love a good test of strength, but they'll also play fair, and his challenges will all be in good fun. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Day 8: ...Poor Adell. All that drinking finally caught up to him and he will have the Hangover From Hell. He'll generally be miserable and grouchy all day and will be subject to the same effects he had on days 1 and 2.

He will likely meet Daisy at some point on this day.

Whatever, he probably deserved this for something.

Day 9 and 10: Just as Adell recovers from his hangover, Shifts strike him again, afflicting him with You Are What You Love, on top of being afflicted with the more basic effects of the experiment. Adell will shift between three individuals: Rozalin, his canon love interest, Charlotte, his Luceti love interest and girlfriend, and Luka, who... well, the feelings around her are complicated to explain, but it should suffice to say he loved her in a mix of platonic and romantic ways.

This can be executed in a number of ways. Threads can have people choose who they want, or I can roll RNG if I don't feel like choosing myself. I figure this might be fun, though Adell might be in a much more pensive mood than usual when he's stuck in their bodies. But I am all for awkward if people want to do it here.

Day 10 is negotiable. If people wish to plot something else for this day with me, I'll consider it open.
