Mission Update!

- Begins February 27th. Will ICly appear to characters on the journals on the 27th.
Like before, you have five days to sign up, at which point all mission details will be announced as well as the selected volunteers. Please note that this one has a small number of slots available because it's expected that every participant will be engaging in a thread with the NPC, since it's rather unavoidable. So please only sign up if you know you'll have the time to devote to it!
